4 ÷ 0 is undefined.

How should we deal with 0 ÷ 0?

Is 0 ÷ 0 = 1 because anything divided by itself is 1?

Is 0 ÷ 0 = 0 because 0 divided by anything is 0?

Is 0 ÷ 0 indeterminate because you can't determine it?
