Better Interval Notation

"I wish we had better notation for intervals. The fact that \( 3 < x < 7 \) is written as \( (3, 7) \) which looks identical to the coordinates of a point on the Cartesian plane is less than ideal. ~ Jim Doherty (@mrdardy)

What other method could we use?

BTW, square brace is less than or equals:
\( (\infty,0] \) is the same as \( x ≤ 0 \)

Desmos uses [1..8] for lists.
